REFUNDS

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and approved.

Returns are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

If your order qualified for complimentary shipping, the original outbound shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error.

During peak seasons, processing times may extend up to 10 business days.
