SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are fulfilled from our distribution center in Thousand Oaks, California.
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During seasonal launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 10 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or major holidays begin processing the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email.
Shipments are sent Monday through Thursday via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
Complimentary Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 (before taxes and after discounts).
If an order qualifying for complimentary shipping is returned, the original outbound shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the refund.
We ship to residential and commercial addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Orders & U.S. Territories
Estimated delivery time for international orders is 4–21 business days.
International shipments may be subject to VAT, import duties, or taxes once the package reaches its destination country. FVITH ships under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. We do not collect international duties or taxes at checkout and cannot estimate these charges.
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in order for the package to clear customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• In original packaging
Blankets must be free of pet hair, stains, fragrance transfer, odors, or visible signs of use.
Candles must be unused and unburned. Products showing signs of use, including burned wicks, melted wax, or altered surfaces, are not eligible for return.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used body fragrances are not eligible for return.
All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
If your order qualified for complimentary shipping, the original outbound shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as FVITH is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipment.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email info@fvith.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Returns without a valid RAN may not be accepted.
Please include your RAN inside the package and clearly reference it on your return label.
SALE & LIMITED RELEASES
Sale items, promotional items, and limited-edition releases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact info@fvith.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review promptly and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
